Green Energy

We are transitioning to renewable energy backed by Green Power Certificates (GPC), with a target of 50% renewable consumption by 2028 and 100% green electricity across core facilities by 2035.

Energy Efficiency, Energy efficiency drives every design decision. Full LED retrofits have cut lighting consumption by over 60%. Our target: reduce energy intensity by 30% by 2030 vs. our 2022 baseline.

Carbon Peak & Low-Carbon Transition

On the Path to Carbon Neutrality

Hovol is fully aligned with China's dual carbon goals — carbon peaking before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060 — and we are committed to leading our industry in this transition.

Low-Carbon Product Design: We integrate lifecycle assessment (LCA) into our R&D process, ensuring our products contribute to — rather than undermine — our customers' carbon reduction goals.

Supply Chain Engagement: We work with key suppliers to promote green procurement standards and encourage carbon disclosure throughout our value chain.

Employee Safety
A zero-harm culture backed by rigorous protocols, certified PPE, and over 10,000 training hours annually. We apply ISO 45001 standards and maintain full compliance with national OHS regulations.
