Hovoltech Announces Monthly Star Employees for March

To recognize outstanding performance, encourage continuous improvement, and build a positive working culture, Hovoltech has officially announced its Monthly Star Employees for March. After department recommendations and comprehensive evaluation, three employees were selected as role models for their excellent performance, dedication, and teamwork.

Efficiency Star: Mr. Dou Shanwen from the Machining Department

As a CNC operator, Mr. Dou Shanwen delivered outstanding production performance with 472 hours of programmed working output, ranking first in his department. With high efficiency and stable execution, he successfully completed production tasks and set a strong example for improving machining capacity.His excellent performance has made him a benchmark for efficiency in the Machining Department and has encouraged the team to further improve productivity and output.

Dedication Star: Mr. Chen Jingming from the Fitting Department

Mr. Chen Jingming demonstrated a strong sense of responsibility and dedication during key project stages. He took the initiative to work overtime and remained on the front line of mold debugging and assembly, using his professional skills to solve critical technical challenges.

His efforts helped ensure that important project milestones were completed on schedule. Through practical action, he showed the value of professionalism, commitment, and responsibility, setting an example for employees to take on challenges when urgent tasks arise.

Collaboration Star: Mr. Zhang Ming from the Stamping and Welding Manufacturing Department

Mr. Zhang Ming achieved leading personal productivity in his department, with an average daily welding output of 9.16 working hours. In addition to his strong production performance, he actively promoted the implementation of the spare parts mechanism, coordinated upstream and downstream processes, and provided early warnings for potential production risks.

With his excellent coordination ability and strong sense of teamwork, he has become a benchmark for collaborative production within the department.

To recognize their contributions, Hovoltech awarded the three employees the honorary title of “Monthly Role Model Employee” and granted them the right to use the company’s exclusive parking spaces for outstanding monthly employees.
